Who we are

David Greenbank Tyres are one of Cumbria’s leading Tyre specialists. We stock and fit Tyres for Car, Van, 4x4, EVs, Trailer, ATV and Garden equipment. As well as fitting new Tyres we also offer puncture repairs, wheel balancing and FREE TYRE CHECKS for pressure, tread and condition.

David Greenbank Tyres represents the third generation in the family business with his son Alastair being the fourth generation. David’s family have been working in the trade since the 1930’s, with David’s grandfather helping local farmers convert to pneumatic Tyres from the ancient wooden spoke wheels.

We are based in Kendal on Appleby Road, with alternative access off Shap Road (A6).

With substantial customer parking to the rear of the property we can accommodate customers who may want to leave their vehicle whilst at work or wishing to explore Kendal’s shops and cafes.
